Mission Statement
We provide a welcoming and inclusive environment where young kids from all backgrounds can explore the fascinating world of robotics for educational purposes. We empower every child to delve into robotics, fostering teamwork, innovation, and hands-on learning in both mechanical and software realms. We ensure equal access for all, giving every child the opportunity to thrive. Our program is entirely funded by volunteers, showcasing our commitment to supporting the community and young learners.
About The Cause
RRE is a 501(c)3 Non-profit organization promoting youth robotics education and activities. It is formed by a group of engineers from various STEM fields with the passion to spread and promote robotics practice. We arrange year-round weekly activities for kids to learn the knowledge and rules to build robots and practice after learning. We also invite speakers in the technical and scientific fields to give kids speeches to promote their enthusiasm in STEM. We give free informative sessions to middle school and high school students about robotics. Our volunteer mentors include software and hardware engineers from various high-tech companies. We have been facilitating some robotics teams in different ages from providing learning and practice places to understanding and building their own robots. They have received some awards that recognize their efforts and reinforce their passion. We decided to form this NPO to better fundraise for the activities we are able to provide and arrange to make robotics more affordable and accessible to young kids.
